Als Cloud PLC Programmeur in Amersfoort werk je op het raakvlak van industriële besturing en cloudtechnologie. Bij een organisatie binnen de industriële automatisering richt je je op PLC-software en de ontsluiting van machinegegevens naar bovenliggende systemen. Je vertaalt procesgedrag naar overzichtelijke besturingslogica en denkt na over betrouwbare gegevensuitwisseling. Daarbij houd je de scheiding tussen tijdkritische machinebesturing en cloudtoepassingen scherp: een machine moet ook bij een onderbroken verbinding beheerst blijven functioneren. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen, foutanalyse en technische afstemming. Je werkt samen met collega's uit software, elektrotechniek en engineering om signalen, interfaces en storingsgedrag goed op elkaar aan te laten sluiten. Je verdiept je in onderwerpen als OPC UA, MQTT, edge computing en veilige OT/IT-koppelingen. Zo ontwikkel je zowel je kennis van PLC-besturing als je inzicht in het bruikbaar maken van productiedata. Wat ga je doen? - PLC-software ontwikkelen en aanpassen voor industriële machines en processen - Machinegegevens ontsluiten via interfaces zoals OPC UA en MQTT - Koppelingen tussen PLC, edge-systemen en cloudtoepassingen testen - Storingen analyseren in besturingslogica, communicatie en dataverwerking - Foutafhandeling uitwerken voor verbindingsverlies en ongeldige meetwaarden - Softwarewijzigingen, interfaces en testresultaten technisch documenteren Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met PLC-programmering binnen een platform zoals Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT of Rockwell - Kennis van IEC 61131-3 en gestructureerd programmeren, bijvoorbeeld in Structured Text - Inzicht in industriële netwerken en gegevensuitwisseling via OPC UA of MQTT - Affiniteit met cloudintegratie, edge computing en beveiliging van OT/IT-verbindingen - Een systematische aanpak bij testen, fou.
