Bij PROMAN Home staat ieders familiegeluk centraal. We ondersteunen onze huishoudhulpen in hun missie om gezinnen te helpen in het huishouden zodat zij op hun beurt tijd kunnen maken om van waardevolle momenten te genieten.

Wij vragen

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de sector.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen of begeleiden van een team.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, andere talen zijn een plus.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een hart voor mensen en bent enthousiast over onze missie.
  • Je bent commercieel en hebt people skills.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en kan je verplaatsen naar meerdere kantoren in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
