Dan is deze stage misschien iets voor jou.IHCP is op zoek naar een Cluster Meeting & Events Stagiair(e) die wil leren hoe meetings en events tot leven komen binnen meerdere hotels.Bij International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP) beheren we een portfolio met onder andere Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, Moxy & Residence Inn The Hague en Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. Ons Meeting & Events-team werkt voor al deze locaties, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Ben jij klaar om vanaf september 2026 met ons mee te werken?Wat ga je doen?· Ondersteunen bij het verwerken van meeting- en groepsaanvragen voor meerdere IHCP-hotels • Helpen met het opstellen van offertes en contracten en het opvolgen van aanvragen • Ondersteunen bij de coördinatie tussen het M&E Office en de operationele teams van de hotels • Meegaan met site inspections en rondleidingen geven aan potentiële klanten • Bijdragen aan een soepele overdracht van bevestigde events aan de operationele teams • Ondersteunen bij financiële follow-ups en aftersalesactiviteiten • Waar nodig helpen bij banquet operations • Salesplatforms en promotiekanalen up-to-date houden • Kansen signaleren om processen en de gastervaring te verbeteren • Werken met systemen zoals Delphi en leren hoe eventprocessen zijn opgebouwd

Functie-eisen: Wat breng jij mee? • Je volgt momenteel een opleiding in Hospitality, Events of een vergelijkbare richting • Je bent minimaal vijf maanden beschikbaar, vanaf september 2026 • Je bent georganiseerd en vindt het leuk om meerdere zaken tegelijk bij te houden • Je bent proactief en niet bang om je ideeën te delen • Je hebt een commerciële mindset, of je wilt die graag ontwikkelen • Je hebt oog voor detail en vindt het leuk om alles goed te regelen • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels; A1 en A2
