Als clustermanager bij Dichtbij zorg je ervoor dat alles op jouw kinderopvanglocatie soepel verloopt. Met jouw leiderschap zorg je samen met je collega's voor een warme, veilige en inspirerende omgeving waarin kinderen zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen. Je stuurt een enthousiast team van pedagogisch professionals aan, je investeert in een professionele samenwerking en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, plezier en betrokkenheid iedere dag centraal staan. Als clustermanager bij Dichtbij is geen dag hetzelfde. Je combineert inspirerend leiderschap met ondernemerschap. Zo weet jij precies hoe je jouw locatie op de kaart zet als dé plek waar kinderen graag komen en zich veilig, vertrouwd en met plezier kunnen ontwikkelen. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit en zorg je ervoor dat je locatie voldoet aan alle geldende wet-en regelgeving. Je investeert actief in de groei en ontwikkeling van je team, speelt een belangrijke rol bij het aannemen van nieuwe collega's. Ook bouw je waardevolle relaties op met partners in de omgeving, zoals scholen, de bibliotheek en sportverenigingen. Wat houdt de functie in: - je vertaalt het ondernemingsbeleid naar de praktijk binnen het cluster en je legt dit vast in een clusterjaarplan. Je implementeert het pedagogisch en tactisch beleid en stelt een passend (pedagogisch) werkplan op.
