CNC Draaier | Okuma | Heidenhain Locatie Wat ga je doen? Dit is een functie als CNC draaier. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig programmeren, instellen en bedienen van draaibanken en bewerkingscentra. Je bewerkt metalen werkstukken volgens technische tekeningen en voert eerstelijns controle uit op de kwaliteit. Daarnaast zorg je voor een nauwkeurige afwerking en het naleven van specificaties. - Lezen en analyseren van technische tekeningen - Zelfstandig opstellen van CNC-programma's - Instellen en afstellen van draaibanken en bewerkingscentra - Opspannen van materialen en gereedschappen - Bewerken van werkstukken volgens specificaties Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris van €2700 tot €4400 p/m, afhankelijk van je ervaring en vaardigheden. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer. - 8% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen per jaar. - Kledingtoeslag voor werkkleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. - Onderdeel van de "CAO Metaal en Techniek", inclusief het PMT pensioenfonds voor een goede pensioenopbouw. - Mogelijkheid tot deelname aan trainingen en cursussen om je vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen. - Een werkplek met moderne CNC-technologie in een hightech omgeving met uitdagende projecten. Dit neem je mee: - MBO-diploma in verspaningstechniek of vergelijkbaar op minimaal niveau 3. - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in CNC draaien. - Ervaring met het zelfstandig programmeren en instellen van CNC-machines, bij voorkeur Okuma IGF en/of Heidenhain. - Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust werken, met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Over het bedrijf: Het bedrijf is actief in de technische sector, gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en produceren van roerwerken, bulkbeladingsystemen en metaalbewerkingsproducten.
