Bij onze opdrachtgever programmeer, stel en bedien je moderne CNC-draaibanken. Je werkt aan wisselende producten, krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en gebruikt jouw vakkennis om iedere bewerking goed uit te voeren. Wat ga je doen? Als CNC Draaier werk je zelfstandig met moderne CNC-draaibanken met aangedreven gereedschappen en Fanuc-besturing. Je programmeert, stelt de machine in en zorgt dat het productieproces goed verloopt. Daarbij werk je aan nieuwe én terugkerende producten. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw eigen machine. Zodra deze draait, bewaak je het proces en blijf je betrokken bij de productie. Je controleert de bewerking, grijpt in bij afwijkingen en zorgt dat ieder product voldoet aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. De productie bestaat uit kleine series en veel verschillende producten. Hierdoor krijg je regelmatig te maken met nieuwe technische uitdagingen. Met jouw ervaring in CNC draaien bepaal je de juiste bewerkingsstrategie, kies je geschikte gereedschappen en stel je de juiste parameters in. Ook denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen. Samen met collega's van Production Engineering kijk je hoe CNC-bewerkingen slimmer, stabieler en efficiënter kunnen. Zo combineer je zelfstandig werken met technisch overleg en blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen binnen de verspaningstechniek. Werken bij Evoke Je gaat via Evoke aan de slag in deze functie.
