In über drei Jahrzehnten hat sich ERVO vom kleinen Zerspanungsbetrieb zu einem gefragten Partner für Industriekunden entwickelt, die in ihren Segmenten zu den Weltmarktführern zählen. Seit der Gründung 1989 durch Wilhelm Erhard und Herwig Vonbank ist der Mitarbeiterstand auf über 120 angewachsen. Heute ist ERVO ein Spezialist für anspruchsvolle Dreh- und Frästeile sowie die Montage von Baugruppen im Reinraum, der Partner für Kunden aus Vakuumindustrie, Anlagenbau, Laser- und Medizintechnik, Halbleiterindustrie, Elektronik sowie Fluid- und Drucklufttechnik ist.

Deine Aufgaben

* Durchführung von Programmkorrekturen an CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen zur Sicherstellung optimaler Produktionsabläufe

* Selbstständiges Einfahren, Rüsten und Bedienen der Maschinen unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben

* Technische Unterstützung der Prozessbetreuung und der Prozesstechnik zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse

* Verantwortung für die Qualität der gefertigten Teile sowie für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Produktionsbereich

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Metall oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lesen und Verstehen von Konstruktionszeichnungen und technischen Dokumentationen

* Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb
