Als 3-assige frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vervaardigen van serieproducten met moderne CNC-freesmachines. Aan de hand van werkorders en technische tekeningen bereid je de machine voor en stel je deze correct in. Vervolgens bedien en bewaak je de CNC-machine tijdens het productieproces. Je voert eerste productcontroles en tussentijdse procescontroles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat de producten aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen voldoen. Daarnaast controleer je opdrachten op juistheid en volledigheid en houd je rekening met de productieplanning. Signaleer je een afwijking, dan onderneem je actie en bespreek je dit met de verantwoordelijke binnen de werkplaats.
