Wil je werken met geavanceerde machines in een dynamisch bedrijf dat opleggers en speciale voertuigen produceert in de regio Staden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

We zoeken een gemotiveerde CNC-Frezer (M/V/X) die graag in een 2-ploegensysteem werkt.

Jouw Uitdaging:

Als CNC-frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC-gestuurde freesmachines. Je produceert nauwkeurige metalen onderdelen die essentieel zijn voor de constructie van onze opleggers en speciale voertuigen.

Jouw Profiel:

  • Je bent Nederlandstalig.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als CNC-frezer.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de metaalsector.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig CNC-programma's schrijven en aanpassen.
  • Je bent bekend met meetinstrumenten en kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en bent kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.

Jouw Taken:

  • Zelfstandig programmeren van CNC-freesmachines (bij voorkeur met [specifieer software indien bekend, bijv. Fanuc, Siemens]).
  • Instellen en opspannen van werkstukken en gereedschappen.
  • Bedienen van de CNC-freesmachines volgens de programma's.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de gefreesde onderdelen (maatvoering, afwerking).
  • Optimaliseren van bestaande CNC-programma's.
  • Onderhouden van de CNC-freesmachines (basis onderhoud).
  • Naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroege/late shift).
