Deze unieke aluminium constructies worden voor nationale en internationale klanten geproduceerd. Opdrachtgever staat in de markt bekend als specialist in het vervaardigen van hoogstaande aluminium producten. Wegens uitbreiding zoeken wij voor onze vestiging regio Rotterdam een flexibele en ervarenAllround CNC FrezerAls Allround CNC Frezer ben je samen met de andere CNC verspaners verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de machinale verspanende bewerkingen met onze geavanceerde vijfassige CNC portaal freesmachine (15x3,5x1,5m), 5-assige profiel-bewerkingsmachines, friction stirlasmachine en de 3-assige portaal freesmachine. Met behulp van tekeningen, opspanschetsen en programma's zorg je ervoor dat de werkstukken gemaakt worden en voldoen aan de voorgeschreven normen en toleranties. Ook het programmeren aan de machine behoort tot je werkzaamheden.Wij vragen technisch MBO werk- en denkniveau met ruime ervaring op het gebied van CNC verspanende bewerkingen/technieken. Ervaring met Siemens 840D besturing is een pre. Je bent nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en je hebt een praktische en flexibele werkhouding. Je vindt het geen probleem om in een tweeploegendienst te werken.Wij bieden een uitdagende en verantwoordelijke functie in een dynamisch, groeiend en specialistisch bedrijf waarin alle mogelijkheden voorhanden zijn voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
