The posting

Wat je gaat doen Als CNC-frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces aan de CNC-machine. Je kunt met minimaal drie verschillende CNC-machines werken en werkt nauw samen met de CNC-programmeur en Manufacturing Engineer. Je zorgt ervoor dat complexe onderdelen veilig, efficiënt en volgens hoge kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Werkvoorbereiding en machine-instelling: Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen, specificaties, werkorders en ISO-programma's. Je stelt de CNC-machines en gereedschappen in en zorgt voor het correct opspannen van materialen en gereedschappen. - CNC-verspaning: Je draait en freest enkelstuks, complexe producten en gelaste constructies met behulp van 4-assige en 5-assige CNC-machines (met Siemens besturing). Je werkt voornamelijk met roestvast staal, maar ook met kunststof, staal en andere materialen. - Kwaliteit en productie: Je controleert je eigen werk, bewaakt de kwaliteit, levertijden en normtijden en zorgt ervoor dat orders volledig worden afgerond en onderdelen volgens de geldende normen worden afgewerkt. - Organisatie en intern transport: Je neemt deel aan werkoverleggen en dagelijkse opstarts, stemt werkzaamheden binnen het team af en voert het benodigde interne transport uit met bijvoorbeeld een heftruck of bovenloopkraan. - Onderhoud en begeleiding: Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit en begeleidt waar nodig collega's, medewerkers en stagiairs binnen het team. - Continue verbetering: Je draagt ideeën aan over de maakbaarheid en produceerbaarheid van producten. Daarnaast bespreek je de aanpak van werkzaamheden en eventuele knelpunten met de Productiemanager, Manufacturing Engineer en/of CNC-programmeur. - Productontwikkeling: Je werkt samen met de CNC-programmeur en Manufacturing Engineer aan de overgang van prototype naar nulserie en uiteindelijk naar vrijgave voor productie.

De werktijden zijn: - Maandag t/m donderdag: 06:00 – 15:00 uur of 15:00
