CNC Frezer / Gereedschap maker Ter uitbreiding van het team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste CNC Frezer/ Gereedschapmaker. Wie zijn wij? Van idee tot eindproduct: " Stanstechniek haalt meer uit metaal". Stanstechniek in Gaanderen is een Partner in Ontwikkeling. Wij bieden nieuwe mogelijkheden voor onze klanten én voor onze mensen. Met een gedreven team ontwikkelen en produceren wij slimme prototypes en duurzame metaalproducten met een aantrekkelijke kostprijs. Ons doel is de beste te zijn in innovatieve oplossingen voor onze klanten. Wij zoeken vakmensen met durf en nieuwsgierigheid, maar vooral ook solide bouwers die de dagelijkse drukte de baas zijn, ongeacht de plek waar je zit. Een open benadering, een goede sfeer en de flexibiliteit van jou en je collega's zijn belangrijke basisvoorwaarden voor de groei van ons bedrijf. Wat ga je doen? Als CNC Frezer/ Gereedschapmaker kom je te werken binnen de afdeling Gereedschapmakerij. Deze afdeling bestaat uit twee teams die onderling veel samenwerken. Je komt te werken in een klein team met drie collega's. Dat team bouwt en onderhoudt onze eigen ontworpen hulpmiddelen, zoals gereedschappen en stempels, die nodig zijn voor het realiseren van ons eindproduct. Je werkt hierdoor nauw samen met de afdelingen engineering (ontwikkeling), gereedschapmakers, frezers en productie. Met elkaar dragen jullie de zorg voor ons hoogwaardige eindproduct en dat doet ieder op zijn eigen vakgebied en specialisme. Wat ga je doen? - Programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC-freesmachines; - Lezen van technische tekeningen en bewerken van hoogwaardige materialen; - Controleren van het eindproduct met nauwkeurige meetinstrumenten; - Het secuur bewerken van grote tot kleine onderdelen in enkelstuks.
