Ben jij een ervaren CNC-operator die klaar is voor de volgende stap? Heb je ervaring met het zelfstandig programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC-machines? Dan hebben wij een uitdagende functie voor jou!

Voor onze vestigingen in Gullegem (plaatafdeling – plooien) en Kuurne (verspaning – draaien en frezen) zijn wij op zoek naar ervaren CNC-instellers. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses word je ingezet binnen de afdeling plooien of verspaning.

Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en technische expertise centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC-machines vanaf nul.
  • Programma's instellen en aanpassen zonder 3D-ondersteuning waar nodig.
  • Tooling wisselen en correct positioneren.
  • De juiste bewerkingsparameters bepalen en instellen.
  • Werken aan stukwerk en kleine series met frequente omschakelingen.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en onderdelen nauwkeurig opmeten.
  • Technische tekeningen (2D en 3D) interpreteren en omzetten naar een correct productieproces.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle productie.
  • Je hebt ervaring als CNC-insteller binnen plooien, draaien en/of frezen.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • Je kan technische plannen vlot lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en stressbestendig.
  • Je hebt ervaring met meettoestellen zoals schuifmaat, hoekmeter en andere meetinstrumenten.
  • Kennis van LVD- en/of Trumpf-machines is een pluspunt voor de afdeling plooien.
  • Kennis van Fanuc-sturingen is een pluspunt voor de afdeling verspaning.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van het Nederlands, Frans of Engels.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
