Vacature · CNC draaier CNC Operator (Venlo) - Plaats Venlo - Loon bruto € 3.648 p/m - Uren 37,5 u/wk - Dienst 3-ploegen - Contract Uitzenden Solliciteer via WhatsApp Solliciteer via formulier Als CNC-operator bewerk je aluminium precisieprofielen die je terugvindt in vliegtuigen, satellieten, elektrische auto's en medische apparatuur. Geen massaproductie, maar maatwerk waarbij een maattolerantie van ± 0,02 mm geen uitzondering is, maar de standaard. Je draait en freest in drie ploegen bij een producent in Venlo. Heb je al ervaring met verspanen? Mooi. Heb je de aanleg en wil je het vak leren? Dan leiden wij je intern op. Wat ga je doen Je werkt op de verspaningsafdeling, met een modern machinepark vol volautomatische en semi-automatische CNC-machines. De profielen lopen uiteen van Ø 3 mm tot Ø 180 mm, met wanddiktes vanaf 0,25 mm. Alles draait hier om nauwkeurigheid. - Je bedient ingestelde draai- en freesmachines, voor zowel series als enkelstuks - Je bewerkt tot zeven producten tegelijk en houdt het overzicht - Je omspant producten en controleert ze met meetmiddelen - Je werkt op verschillende machines, waaronder die van Hermle, Matec en Chiron - Je signaleert afwijkingen en grijpt in waar dat nodig is Wil je verder? Via interne opleidingen groei je door binnen de CNC-afdeling, bijvoorbeeld richting het instellen of programmeren van de machines. Wat wij van je vragen - Je bent nauwkeurig, leergierig en nuchter - Je hebt technisch inzicht en leest een technische tekening - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift (in verband met de veiligheid op de werkvloer).
