Als CNC Programmer bij Ridder krijg je de ruimte om processen te verbeteren, innovaties door te voeren en techniek naar een hoger niveau te brengen. CNC Programmeur Binnen ons Industrial Engineering-team in Harderwijk zorg jij ervoor dat onze CNC-bewerkingen slimmer, efficiënter en betrouwbaarder worden. Je programmeert niet alleen machines, maar denkt actief mee over nieuwe technieken, automatisering en procesverbeteringen. Het gaat bij ons niet om het verspanen van enkele stuks maar het zo optimaal mogelijk draaien van grotere hoeveelheden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het programmeren, testen en optimaliseren van CNC-bewerkingen op Siemens SINUMERIK 840D-besturingen; - Het introduceren van nieuwe producten, productiemethoden en verspaningstechnieken; - Het verbeteren van kwaliteit, productiviteit en gereedschapskosten door slimme keuzes in gereedschappen en bewerkingsstrategieën; - Het initiëren en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten op het gebied van automatisering, robotisering en procesoptimalisatie; - Het samenwerken met collega's van Engineering, Quality Control, Technische Dienst en Productie om onze fabriek iedere dag verder te verbeteren. Een rol met veel invloed op hoe we vandaag produceren én hoe we dat morgen nog slimmer gaan doen. Wat breng je mee? Je bent technisch nieuwsgierig, denkt in oplossingen en krijgt energie van verbeteren en vernieuwen. Daarnaast heb je: - MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting; - Ervaring met CNC-programmering, het liefst G-Code; - Een analytische en gestructureerde manier van werken; - Affiniteit met procesverbetering, automatisering en nieuwe productietechnieken; - Een proactieve instelling en de drive om continu beter te worden.
