Je programmeert CNC-machines met Siemens-besturing, leest technische tekeningen, stelt machines in en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. Startsalaris vanaf €3000,- tot €3400,-, reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiebijslag, 27 vakantiedagen en CAO Metaal & techniek. - Capelle aan den IJssel - 40 uren per week - tussen €3000 en €3400 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst / Werving en selectie Ben jij een echte aanpakker en heb je ervaring als programmeur/ operator? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Binnen deze functie kan jij jezelf ook door ontwikkelen. 1 Dit ga je doen Als CNC Programmeur/Slijper ga je bij deze werkgever aan de slag met verschillende verspaningsmachines, waaronder draaibanken, freesmachines en slijpmachines. Deze machines zijn voorzien van Siemens-besturing en variëren van moderne machines tot nostalgische modellen. Hierdoor ontstaat een afwisselende functie waarin je werkt met zowel programmeer- en besturingstechniek als het sleutelen aan machines. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Programmeren van computergestuurde verspaningsmachines, zoals draaibanken, freesmachines en slijpmachines - Bestuderen van technische tekeningen en deze vertalen naar CNC-bewerkingsprogramma's - Opspannen van materialen en instellen van machines - Volgen, controleren en optimaliseren van het productieproces - Aanpassen en beheren van programma's voor vervolg- en serieproducties - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op geproduceerde onderdelen De functie vindt plaats in dagdienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur.
