Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung und haben ein gutes Gespür für Werkzeuge, Organisation und technische Abläufe? Als Werkzeugvoreinsteller:in sorgen Sie für die optimale Werkzeugverfügbarkeit, unterstützen die Fertigung mit Ihrem Fachwissen und tragen maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen Produktionsablauf bei.

Gehalt:

Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn EUR 3531,57 brutto pro Monat. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben als Werkzeugvoreinsteller:in

- Voreinstellen, Vermessen und Bereitstellen von Werkzeugen für die CNC-Fertigung in Zeltweg

- Organisation und Verwaltung der Werkzeugausgabe

- Zusammenbau sowie Vorbereitung von CNC-Werkzeugen und Werkzeugaufnahmen

- Bestellung und Disposition von Werkzeugen sowie Überwachung der Lagerbestände

- Koordination und Abstimmung mit Vorarbeiter:innen und den Fertigungsbereichen

- Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen rund um Werkzeuge, Werkzeugmanagement und CNC-Bearbeitungsprozesse

- Pflege und Verwaltung von Werkzeugdaten am PC

- Sicherstellung der Werkzeugverfügbarkeit für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf am Standort Zeltweg

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspanungstechnik, Werkzeugbautechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Erfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung, Werkzeugvoreinstellung oder im Werkzeugmanagement

- Gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Zerspanungswerkzeuge und deren Anwendung

- Gute PC-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Softwareanwendungen

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit

- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
