CNC Verspaner - Middelburg Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie als allround CNC-verspaner draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige productieproces van onderdelen. - Het bedienen en bewaken van uiteenlopende CNC-machines (Okuma, Correa) behoort tot jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Daarnaast schrijf en optimaliseer je CNC-programma's voor draai- en freesbanken en bewerkingscentra. - De programma's worden door jou getest, geïnstalleerd en zorgvuldig gearchiveerd in de machinebesturing. - Op basis van werkopdrachten en technische tekeningen produceer je zelfstandig onderdelen van hoge kwaliteit. - Dankzij jouw inzicht in productieprocessen lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan productietechnische verbeteringen en draag je oplossingen 2aan via grafische simulaties. - Voor de maatvoering en kwaliteit van het eindproduct draag jij zelf de eindverantwoordelijkheid. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden ✔ Affiniteit met metaalbewerking of een afgeronde (v)mbo-opleiding richting metaal/verspaning ✔ 3-5 jaar ervaring met CNC-draaien en frezen binnen een productieomgeving ✔ Vaardig in het programmeren, instellen en optimaliseren van CNC-machines (ervaring met Okuma of Correa is een pré) ✔ Nauwkeurig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht met oog voor detail ✔ Bereidheid om aanvullende cursussen of opleidingen te volgen ✔ Enthousiast, leergierig en gericht op samenwerking Jouw profiel Een gedreven en nauwkeurige vakman of vakvrouw die eigenaarschap toont, graag samenwerkt en het leuk vindt om continu te verbeteren.
