Als Coördinator ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor uitzendkrachten en teamleiders van klanten op de werkvloer.

Jij zorgt dat vragen, wijzigingen en praktische zaken snel worden opgepakt. Je weet wat er speelt op locatie en schakelt dit terug naar de accountmanager en je collega's.

Je werkt direct samen met de accountmanager bij het bedienen van gezamenlijke klanten. Samen zorgen jullie voor rust, overzicht en een goede samenwerking tussen klant, uitzendkracht en Duijndam Works.

Jouw werkzaamheden ✔ Aanspreekpunt zijn voor uitzendkrachten op de werkvloer ✔ Contact onderhouden met teamleiders van klanten ✔ Direct samenwerken met de accountmanager bij gezamenlijke klanten ✔ Ondersteunen bij opstartmomenten op locatie ✔ Signaleren wat er speelt bij klanten en uitzendkrachten ✔ Begeleiden van uitzendkrachten bij vragen en praktische zaken ✔ Ondersteunen bij planning, inzet en wijzigingen ✔ Schakelen met planning, recruitment en backoffice ✔ Werken met systemen zoals Plan4Flex ✔ Meedenken over continuïteit, kwaliteit en verbeteringen op de werkvloer

Functie-eisen: Jij bent iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat. Je bent duidelijk, benaderbaar en weet hoe je met verschillende mensen en situaties omgaat.

Je vindt het prettig om zichtbaar te zijn op de werkvloer en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer iets geregeld moet worden. Flexibiliteit in werktijden is voor jou geen probleem, bijvoorbeeld bij opstartmomenten.
