Je komt terecht in een familiale, technische kmo met korte beslissingslijnen. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerder en de productiemanager. Terwijl de productiemanager de productie opvolgt, houd jij het overzicht over de werking buiten de productie.

Een veelzijdige job waarin je zelf meewerkt, collega’s begeleidt en steeds meer zaken zelfstandig in handen neemt.

Wat ga je doen als Coördinator administratie & commerciële binnendienst? • Je coördineert de administratieve opvolging van bestellingen en verzendingen en helpt klanten en collega’s met praktische vragen.

• Je bewaakt de offerteopvolging, begeleidt de collega’s die offertes opmaken en denkt mee over een efficiëntere aanpak.

• Je onderhoudt klantencontacten en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële kansen goed worden opgevolgd.

• Je stemt af met de boekhouder en het externe boekhoudkantoor. Ook contracten, verzekeringen, leveranciers, het wagenpark en facilitaire zaken volg je mee op.

• Je ondersteunt marketingacties, zoals mailings, websiteaanpassingen en klantgerichte communicatie.

• Je maakt interne afspraken duidelijker en verbetert de samenwerking en processen.

Je combineert overzicht houden met praktisch aanpakken. Zo ontlast je de zaakvoerder en help je de onderneming vlot draaien.

Wie zoeken we?

Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een brede administratieve, commerciële of coördinerende functie en wilt een volgende stap zetten.

• Je werkt gestructureerd, stelt prioriteiten en volgt dossiers op.

• Je hebt ervaring met klantencontact en commerciële feeling.

• Je neemt initiatief en zoekt mee naar oplossingen.

• Je communiceert duidelijk en kunt collega’s meenemen in afspraken en verbeteringen.

• Je voelt je thuis in een kmo waar organiseren en zelf meewerken samengaan.

• Je hebt interesse in een technische omgeving; technische expertise is niet vereist.

• Naast het Nederlands kun je je ook in het Frans uitdrukken.

Je hoeft niet vanaf dag één alles te kennen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, leergierigheid en praktische aanpak zijn belangrijk.
