Als Coördinator ben je en voel je je verantwoordelijk voor onze medewerkers en vind je fijn om alles te regelen. Je bent betrokken bij het werven en inschrijven van uitzendkrachten, het uitdelen van werkschoenen, het aanvragen van BSN nummers, doktersbezoeken en nog veel meer. Eigenlijk regel jij alles van aankomst in Nederland totdat mensen hun weg hebben gevonden bij onze opdrachtgevers. Door jouw persoonlijke contact zorg je ervoor dat zij zich ook echt thuis voelen!

Als enthousiaste multitasker neem je verschillende taken op je, waaronder:

- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers; - Onboarden en begeleiden van onze kandidaten en medewerkers; - Versturen en bijwerken van werkroosters in het systeem; - Actieve meedenken bij het vinden van oplossingen voor wijzigingen in de planning; - Uitvoeren van administratieve handelingen die nodig zijn voor het gehele proces; - Coördineren en controleren van huisvesting & vervoer voor onze medewerkers.

Als Coördinator sta je namelijk aan de basis van onze dienstverlening! Met jouw warme, energieke en creatieve persoonlijkheid weet je dat open communicatie de sleutel tot succes is en zo bouw je actief aan een sterke relatie tussen Covebo en de medewerkers. Het welzijn van de mensen waarmee je samenwerkt is van groot belang voor jou en als echte teamspeler straal je positiviteit uit. Je start bij ons met een uitgebreid inwerktraject.
