Ter versterking van ons domein Handhaving zijn we op zoek naar een operationeel coördinator handhaving. We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - Toezicht houdt op de inzet van BOA's, toezichthouders en straatcoaches en de briefing en debriefing begeleidt - Collega's begeleidt in hun ontwikkeling en de dagelijkse werkzaamheden plant op basis van binnenkomende meldingen en beschikbaarheid - Inhoudelijk betrokken is bij selectie- en beoordelingsgesprekken van collega's - De inzet van handhavers coördineert bij grote evenementen en feestdagen en handhavingsacties voorbereidt - Deskundige ondersteuning biedt bij onder andere (straf)zaken - Teamoverleggen leidt en een effectieve samenwerking binnen het team bevordert - Beleids- en bestuurlijke wensen vertaalt naar werkbare processen en deze afstemt met het team en samenwerkingspartners - Schriftelijk werk controleert op inhoud en volledigheid, klachten en Woo-verzoeken behandelt en bijdraagt aan de professionalisering van het team - De teamleider adviseert over de inzet van medewerkers, knelpunten signaleert en tijdig informeert over relevante ontwikkelingen Samen met collega-coördinatoren zorg jij dat onze handhavers iedere dag goed voorbereid en georganiseerd op pad gaan.
