Daarom zoeken we een Coördinator ICT die graag samen met de collega's bouwt aan een betrouwbare en toekomstgerichte digitale werkomgeving. In deze nieuwe functie ben je nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse praktijk van ICT. Je werkt samen met je collega's aan de dagelijkse ondersteuning, bent hun aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor een goede verdeling en voortgang van het werk. Tegelijkertijd houd je overzicht, stel je prioriteiten en geef je richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ICT. Je blik is gericht op de toekomst. Je ziet kansen voor slimme automatisering en AI en weet deze te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen die onze collega's en organisatie écht verder helpen. Zo combineer je mensgericht leiderschap met een duidelijke visie op ICT en geef je samen met je team richting aan de digitale toekomst van Kab. Wat ga je doen? Als Coördinator ICT ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ICT en stuur je de ICT afdeling aan. Je werkt zelfstandig, geeft richting aan je team en schakelt waar nodig met externe ICT-partners. - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan twee ICT-collega's, coördineert de werkzaamheden en zorgt samen met het team voor uitstekende ondersteuning. - Je levert een bijdrage aan de beleid en visieontwikkeling van de afdeling. - Je helpt (samen met je team) collega's bij dagelijkse ICT-vragen over hardware, software en fysieke werkplekken. - Je biedt ondersteuning bij applicaties zoals Exact Online, Silverfin, Simplicate , Nmbrs, SharePoint en Teams. - Je denkt en werkt actief mee aan de digitalisering van werkprocessen, slimme automatiseringen en de praktische inzet van AI binnen de praktijk. - Je bewaakt de informatiebeveiliging en privacy (AVG) en coördineert ICT-wijzigingen, updates en de introductie van nieuwe tools. - Je werkt samen met externe IT partners, voert zowel intern als extern de regie en bewaakt de SLA'...
