Door processen te optimaliseren en kwaliteit structureel te verankeren, draag je bij aan een professionele organisatie en succesvolle projectuitvoering. Jouw rol Binnen onze organisatie zijn we volop in ontwikkeling. De KAM-afdeling wordt opnieuw ingericht, met meer focus, eigenaarschap en impact. Als Coördinator Kwaliteit speel jij hierin een sleutelrol. Jij zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsprocessen niet alleen worden vastgelegd, maar ook daadwerkelijk worden toegepast in de dagelijkse praktijk. Je beheert en verbetert het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, bewaakt de naleving van onder andere ISO9001-, BRL- en STEK-eisen en ondersteunt collega's bij het werken volgens de afgesproken processen en richtlijnen. Daarnaast signaleer je verbetermogelijkheden, begeleid je interne en externe audits en zorg je ervoor dat corrigerende maatregelen worden opgevolgd en geborgd. Met jouw praktische aanpak, oog voor detail en vermogen om mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen draag je bij aan een organisatie waarin kwaliteit een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel is van het dagelijks werk. Wat ga je doen - Beheren en actualiseren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, waaronder het kwaliteitshandboek, werkinstructies en checklijsten. - Bewaken van de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen en richtlijnen, waaronder ISO9001, BRL6000 en STEK. - Plannen, coördineren en uitvoeren van interne audits en fungeren als aanspreekpunt tijdens externe audits. -...
