Professional Partners Coördinator Lokale Educatieve Agenda (LEA) Drenthe HBO 3.400 - 5.000 24 uur Onderwijs en Sport Reageren tot 12 oktober Coördineer en begeleid de herijking van de Lokale Educatieve Agenda (LEA) bij de Gemeente Oldenzaal als onafhankelijk programmaleider. Over de functie Als Coördinator LEA ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en coördineren van het proces rondom de herijking van de Lokale Educatieve Agenda. Je faciliteert de samenwerking tussen gemeente, onderwijs en kinderopvang, organiseert bijeenkomsten, monitort voortgang en zorgt voor een gedragen, geactualiseerde LEA. Je verbindt organisaties, stimuleert eigenaarschap en bewaakt gemaakte afspraken binnen het netwerk. Wat je gaat doen - Begeleiden en coördineren van het proces van herijking van de LEA; - Ondersteunen en faciliteren van de samenwerking tussen kinderopvang, onderwijs en gemeente; - Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en concretiseren van actieplannen binnen wijken en scholen; - Organiseren en begeleiden van bijeenkomsten en gezamenlijke activiteiten; - Monitoren van voortgang, afspraken en resultaten; - Periodiek rapporteren over de voortgang aan de regiegroep en stuurgroep; - Inhoudelijk en organisatorisch voorbereiden van vergaderingen van de regiegroep en stuurgroep; - Signaleren en agenderen van kansen, ontwikkelingen, knelpunten en verbeterpunten; - Verbinden van betrokken organisaties en professionals; - Stimuleren van eigenaarschap bij de LEA-partners en bewaken van gemaakte afspraken. Functie-eisen - Aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met programmacoördinatie, projectleiding en/of procesregie binnen een omgeving waarin meerdere organisaties of samenwerkingspartners betrokken zijn; - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het coördineren en/of faciliteren van samenwerking tussen verschillende organisaties, ketenpartners of ander...
