Coördinator Planning en Klantenservice (Binnendienst) - 24 - 32 (4 dagen per week) - €2900,- tot €3500,- o.b.v. 38 uur - Breda - MBO(+) Bij ons komt alles samen op één plek. Alleen zit daar nu nog niemand. Ben jij een organisatorisch talent dat rust bewaart in de hectiek? Krijg je energie van tevreden klanten en een planning die klopt? Hoeks Zonwering is de afgelopen jaren flink gegroeid. Meer klanten, meer collega's, meer werk door het jaar heen. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die precies daar gaat zitten: tussen de klant, de verkoopadviseurs, de administratie en de monteurs. Geen leidinggevende. Wel degene zonder wie de dag niet loopt. Hoe jouw dag eruitziet Een monteur belt dat hij bij een klant vaststaat omdat er een maat niet klopt. Een klant wil een week eerder. Een order gaat de administratie in met een gat erin. Drie dingen tegelijk, allemaal met een mens erachter die wacht op antwoord. Jij bepaalt wat voorgaat, belt de mensen die het moeten weten, en zorgt dat het eind van de dag klopt. En daarna kijk je waarom het misging, zodat een volgende keer niet weer gebeurt. Wat ga je doen? Samen met het binnendienstteam in Breda zorg je dat een klant van het eerste contact tot en met aftersales nergens tussen wal en schip valt. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: - Afspraken inplannen: Je vult efficiënt de agenda's van onze verkoopadviseurs (adviesgesprekken) en onze montageteams (installatie op locatie). - Service en reparaties coördineren: Komt er een storings- of reparatieverzoek binnen? Jij schakelt snel en plant een servicemonteur in. - Eerste aanspreekpunt: Je staat particuliere en zakelijke klanten telefonisch en per mail vriendelijk te woord bij vragen over planningen, lopende orders en service. - Logistieke puzzels oplossen: Wijzigt er onverwacht iets in een route of een levertijd? Jij schakelt direct met de klant en de monteurs tot er een oplossing ligt. - Het proces bewaken: Loopt een order telkens op hetzelfde punt va...
