Het PMO professionaliseert de projectmanagementmethodiek en ondersteunt projectteams op de beheeraspecten tijd, geld, kwaliteit en risico's; je werkt in een team van circa 30 collega's, waaronder 17 coördinatoren. Je bent gelijktijdig betrokken bij meerdere projecten (civiel, GWW, vastgoed en vaartuigprojecten), stelt gedegen planningen op, bewaakt voortgang en identificeert en monitort risico's en beheersmaatregelen. Je houdt nauwlettend toezicht op projectfinanciën en zorgt voor correcte vastlegging en prognoses; het projectmanagementsysteem Celon is hierbij een belangrijk hulpmiddel. Vanuit inhoudelijke projectbeheersing denk je strategisch mee met projectteams, fungeer je als sparringpartner, signaleer je kansen, creëer je overzicht en draag je bij aan het succesvol opstarten, beheersen en afronden van projecten. Vereist profiel - Opleiding: HBO/WO richting bouwkunde, civiele techniek, techniekmanagement, bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring: Minimaal 3-5 jaar praktische ervaring in projectbeheersing binnen infrastructuur, GWW, vastgoed of vergelijkbare projecten; ervaring met meerdere gelijktijdige projecten is een pré. - Vaardigheden: Gedegen kennis en aantoonbare ervaring met planning, risicomanagement, financiële beheersing en rapportage; vaardig in het opstellen en bewaken van budgetten en prognoses. - Tooling: Ervaring met projectmanagementsystemen (bij voorkeur Celon) en het werken met risicoregisters en financiële administraties. - Kennis: Bekendheid met de HbR-projectmanagement...
