ft 33008 Als coördinator Sectorale Ontwikkelpaden werk je aan het versterken en verankeren van de samenwerking binnen de arbeidsmarktregio. Je verbindt werkgevers, werkzoekenden, gemeenten, onderwijs- en sectorpartners en zorgt dat ontwikkelpaden praktisch toepasbaar worden in de regio. Daarbij vertaal je kansen in de arbeidsmarkt naar concrete acties en bouw je mee aan duurzame borging in de reguliere dienstverlening. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen beleid, uitvoering en regionale samenwerking. Wat ga je doen - Je versterkt de samenwerking tussen Werkgeversdienstverlening (WGD), Werkzoekendendienstverlening (WZ), werkgevers en sectorpartners. - Je zorgt ervoor dat de Sectorale Ontwikkelpaden praktisch toepasbaar worden voor werkgevers, werkzoekenden en uitvoerende professionals. - Je verbindt actief interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder gemeenten, UWV, onderwijsinstellingen, sectororganisaties, brancheverenigingen en werkgevers. - Je stimuleert een gezamenlijke werkgeversbenadering binnen de arbeidsmarktregio. - Je bewaakt en stimuleert de uitvoering van bestaande sectorafspraken, intentieverklaringen en ontwikkeltrajecten. - Je signaleert kansen voor scholing, ontwikkeling en subsidiemogelijkheden en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. - Je organiseert regionale bijeenkomsten en kennissessies rondom de Sectorale Ontwikkelpaden. - Je richt een gezamenlijke monitorings- en verantwoordingssystematiek in, gericht op zowel kwantitatieve resultaten als kwalitatieve effecten zoals duurzame plaatsingen en loopbaanontwikkeling. - Je adviseert de programmamanager, het ontwikkelteam en de stuurgroep over de voortgang en vervolgstappen. - Je levert uiterlijk aan het einde van de opdracht een concreet voorstel op voor structureel eigenaarschap, governance, financiering en inbedding binnen de reguliere dienstverlening. Eisen - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met regionale arbeidsmarktprojecten of publiek-private samenwerking gericht op de arbeids.
