Jij bent In het bezit van een zorg gerelateerd mbo-4 diploma (bijv. SPW, BMZ, BGZ of VPK). Ervaren in het begeleiden van bewoners met een beperking of bereid je hierin verder te ontwikkelen. Een natuurlijke verbinder die collega's weet mee te nemen en te ondersteunen. Creatief in het aanbieden van passende activiteiten en belevingsgerichte begeleiding. Communicatief sterk en duidelijk in afstemming met collega's, verwanten en andere disciplines. Organisatorisch vaardig en in staat overzicht te bewaren. Flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om zowel op dagbesteding als wonen te werken. Betrokken, positief en gericht op samenwerking.

Ben jij een enthousiaste begeleider die graag de regie neemt, collegas ondersteunt en bewoners een waardevolle dag biedt? Voor onze dagbestedingslocatie Mekander en de Sleutelbloem zijn wij op zoek naar een Coördinerend Begeleider Dagbesteding LVB volwassenen en ouderen voor 24 uur per week.

Op deze locatie bied je samen met je collega s een passend en betekenisvol dagprogramma aan ouder wordende bewoners met een beperking. Je hebt oog voor hun mogelijkheden, wensen en behoeften en weet hier op een creatieve manier invulling aan te geven. Daarnaast speel je als coordinerend begeleider een belangrijke rol in de afstemming rondom de begeleiding van bewoners en ben je een aanspreekpunt voor collegas.

Naast je werkzaamheden op de dagbesteding werk je 20 tot 30 procent van je contracturen op de Sleutelbloem in Havelte. Hierdoor ben je nauw betrokken bij het dagelijks leven van bewoners en draag je bij aan een optimale samenwerking tussen wonen en dagbesteding.
