The posting

Als CRA draag je actief bij aan de kwaliteit van zorg en leven van onze bewoners. Je adviseert over het medische zorgbeleid, stimuleert samenwerking en helpt ons om de medische werking verder te ontwikkelen en te optimaliseren.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Meedenken over en adviseren rond het medische zorgbeleid.
  • Overleg organiseren en samenwerking stimuleren met de behandelende artsen.
  • Waken over de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de medische zorg.
  • Coördineren van het infectiepreventiebeleid.
  • Mee vormgeven aan een populatiegerichte medische aanpak.
  • Optimaliseren van het farmacologisch zorgbeleid, samen met artsen en apotheker.
  • Stimuleren van een rationeel en kwaliteitsvol voorschrijfbeleid en aandacht hebben voor niet-medicamenteuze alternatieven.
  • Coördineren van het mondzorgbeleid.
  • Samenwerken met de lokale huisartsenkring en andere externe zorgpartners.
  • Bijdragen aan opleidingen, bijscholingen en kennisdeling rond medische thema's.
  • Waar nodig bemiddelen bij vragen rond het medische zorgbeleid tussen bewoners, familie, mantelzorgers en de organisatie.

We zoeken vooral een arts die zin heeft om mee te denken, samen te werken en zijn of haar medische expertise in te zetten binnen de ouderenzorg.

Je hebt de volledige CRA-opleiding gevolgd, of bent bereid deze uiterlijk binnen vier jaar na je aanstelling af te ronden. Daarnaast ben je gemiddeld 3 uur per week aanwezig in het woonzorgcentrum. De dagen en uren zijn bespreekbaar.
