En toch kom jij terug. Omdat jij weet dat vertrouwen tijd kost en omdat je gelooft dat elk gezin, hoe ingewikkeld ook, een eerlijke kans verdient. De Marius Meijboomstraat en Kees Broekmanstraat in Amsterdam-Oost is geen doorsnee woonlocatie. Hier wonen ouders met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB) samen met hun kind(eren) in hun eigen appartement, met hun eigen ritme en hun eigen opvoedstijl. Het is een intensieve plek, waar leven, opvoeden en overleven soms door elkaar lopen. Ouders die het beste willen voor hun kind, maar snel overvraagd raken. Een kind dat meer ziet dan je lief is. Dagen waarop begeleiding welkom is, en dagen waarop jij ineens symbool staat voor alles wat niet lukt. Dat vraagt meer dan zorg. Het vraagt om stabiliteit en menselijke veerkracht. Want jij bent niet alleen begeleider. Jij bent degene die overzicht brengt als de emoties hoog oplopen. Die blijft, ook als het ingewikkeld wordt. En die elke keer weer zoekt naar wat 'goed genoeg ouderschap' betekent in dat gezin, op díe dag. Wat ga je doen Als Coördinerend Gezinsbegeleider geef jij richting aan de begeleiding van meerdere gezinnen. Jij houdt overzicht, stuurt op inhoud en zorgt dat collega's weten wat nodig is om gezinnen goed te ondersteunen. Je hebt een caseload van cliënten die jij coördineert en biedt samen met gezinsbegeleiders en pedagogische medewerkers de benodigde ondersteuning. Je zet lijnen uit, bewaakt wat er binnen elk gezin moet gebeuren en vertaalt dit naar concrete ontwikkeldoelen. Je bewaakt de rode draad. Lijnen uitzetten, kwaliteit bewaken en zorgen dat iedereen vanuit dezelfde visie werkt. Je schakelt continu tussen ouder, kind en het team en blijft betrouwbaar, ook als contactmomenten anders lopen dan gepland. Je stuurt collega'...
