Deze rol fungeert als strategisch gesprekspartner voor directie en management en vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar HR-beleid. Je bewaakt samenhang tussen HRM-advies, personeels- en salarisadministratie, change management en externe HR-partners. Je leidt bestuurlijk gevoelige dossiers, beoordeelt risico's en adviseert over leiderschap, capaciteit en organisatie-inrichting. De functie omvat zowel inhoudelijk advies als het functioneel aansturen en coachen van HR-professionals binnen je team. Werkvormen variëren van vaste aanstelling tot zzp opdrachten en interim werk binnen opdrachten overheid of private opdrachten. Salarisindicatie Voor een vaste aanstelling ligt het bruto maandsalaris doorgaans tussen €5.500 en €8.500, afhankelijk van ervaring en complexiteit. Als consultant of zzp'er in interim werk variëren dagtarieven via opdrachten overheid of commerciële opdrachtgevers doorgaans tussen €550 en €900 per dag. Inhuur via raamwerken en DAS beïnvloedt de netto-uurwaarde door marges en administratieve kosten. Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en projectduur bepalen de totale vergoedingsstructuur. Typische werkzaamheden Opstellen en implementeren van HR-strategieën die aansluiten op beleidsdoelen en capaciteitsplanning.
