Voortman verkoopt haar machines en software aan klanten over de hele wereld van kleine staalconstructiebedrijven tot grote industriële spelers. Maar wie zijn die klanten precies? Wat drijft hun aankoopbeslissingen? En hoe bereiken we ze met de juiste boodschap op het juiste moment? Als afstudeerder bij het marketingteam ga jij die vraag beantwoorden. Je voert zelfstandig onderzoek uit naar onze internationale klantgroepen en vertaalt die inzichten naar concrete, bruikbare marketingpersona's. Jouw werk wordt geen rapport dat in een la verdwijnt - het vormt direct de basis voor onze campagnes, content en communicatiestrategie. Jouw opdracht bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen: - Onderzoek; Je analyseert bestaande klantdata, voert interviews uit met sales- en servicecollega's en verwerkt inzichten uit CRM-systemen om een helder beeld te krijgen van onze klantgroepen wereldwijd. - Persona-ontwikkeling; Op basis van je onderzoek stel je meerdere gedetailleerde B2B-persona's op. Denk aan: functietitel, verantwoordelijkheden, pijnpunten, informatiebehoeften en het aankooptraject (buyer journey). - Implementatieadvies; Je vertaalt de persona's naar concrete aanbevelingen: hoe zetten we deze in voor content, campagnes, SEO en kanalenkeuze? Je levert een praktisch handvat dat het team direct kan gebruiken. - Internationale context; Voortman is actief in tientallen landen. Jij onderzoekt of en hoe persona's verschillen per regio, en wat dat betekent voor onze internationale marketingaanpak.
