Bij een machinebouwer in Doetinchem werk je aan collaboratieve robotinstallaties en speciaal machines. Als Cobot Engineer vertaal je productievragen naar robottoepassingen die complexe taken kunnen uitvoeren. Je helpt klanten hun productiviteit te verhogen en handmatige werkzaamheden te automatiseren. Daarbij overzie je het traject van conceptueel 3D-ontwerp tot de integratie van een cobot in het productieproces. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de technische werking, maar ook naar de praktische en commerciële haalbaarheid van de oplossing. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je ontwerpen, programmeren en testen. Je stemt af met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers over bewegingen, grijpers en de aansluiting op bestaande machines. Ook werk je op klantlocatie aan de toepassing in de praktijk. Door gerichte vragen te stellen en oplossingen te beproeven, ontwikkel je je kennis van robotintegratie verder. Interne trainingen en coaching tijdens je werk ondersteunen die vakinhoudelijke groei. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen van cobottoepassingen en uitwerken van concepten in 3D CAD - Programmeren en testen van robotbewegingen en taakafhandeling - Integreren van cobots in productieprocessen en speciaal machines - Afstemmen van grijpers, interfaces en machineveiligheid met betrokken disciplines - Vertalen van klantvragen naar technisch en praktisch haalbare oplossingen - Overleggen met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers over uitvoering en optimalisatie Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische richting - Kennis van 3D CAD-software, bij voorkeur SolidWorks - Technisch inzicht en oog voor de commerciële haalbaarheid van oplossingen - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk - Klantgerichte instelling en bereidheid om op klantlocatie te werken - Proactieve houding: je stelt gerichte vragen en denkt mee over praktische oplossingen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.600 (indica.
