We zoeken een commerciële advertising specialist met een passie voor klantgroei. In het kort:In deze rol werk je op het snijvlak van klantstrategie en digitale advertising. Je hebt ervaring met campagnes op Meta Ads. Kennis van LinkedIn Ads en Google Ads is een plus, of je pakt die platforms snel op. Je werkt voor nationale en internationale bedrijven in de horti-sector: toeleveranciers, kwekers, exporteurs en andere B2B-bedrijven in de groene sector. We zoeken iemand die past in één van deze profielen:- Ervaring met Online Advertising (Meta Ads is must) en de bewuste stap wil zetten naar werken binnen de groene/horti-sector.-- Ervaring in de horti-sector met een goede marketing/commerciële basis, en duidelijk de stap wil maken naar online advertising.-- Heb je beide ervaringen? Dan is dat ideaal - maar geen vereiste. In deze rol ontwikkel en beheer je campagnes die klanten laten groeien. Je analyseert wat werkt, waarom het werkt en hoe advertising slimmer kan worden ingezet. Je denkt actief mee op strategisch niveau-zowel richting klanten als richting de advertisingstrategie van Horti Online. Je werkt nauw samen met de eigenaar en krijgt veel ruimte om mee te bouwen aan onze digitale koers. Teamleiderschap hoeft niet; de focus ligt op jouw inhoudelijke en strategische kracht.
