Voor een groeiende en dynamische onderneming zoeken we een medewerker commerciële binnendienst die een sleutelrol wil spelen in het volledige verkoopproces achter de schermen.

In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteun je het commerciële proces van A tot Z:

Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes

Verwerken van bestellingen na akkoord

  • Correcte administratieve verwerking in het systeem
  • Klanten professioneel te woord staan (telefonisch en via e-mail)

Coördineren van rechtstreekse transporten

Verlenen van service en nazorg na verkoop Je combineert commerciële feeling met een gestructureerde aanpak:

Je kan:

  • Vlot werken met courante computerprogramma's
  • Klantgericht communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Prioriteiten stellen en efficiënt werken, ook in drukkere periodes Je bent:
  • Geïnteresseerd in technische en/of architecturale producten
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om expertise op te bouwen

Oplossingsgericht en niet bang voor complexe vraagstukken

  • Een echte teamspeler die kennis graag deelt

Je hebt:

  • Kennis van meubel- of sierbeslag is een pluspunt
