Voor een Belgisch familiebedrijf en premium merk in verlichting zoeken we een Commerciële Sales Support Medewerker.

In deze veelzijdige binnendienstfunctie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en interne teams. Ben jij proactief, commercieel ingesteld en hou je van een veelzijdige functie waarin je elke dag verschillende uitdagingen aanpakt? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Jouw taken:

  • B2B- en B2C-klanten ondersteunen
  • Sales ondersteunen bij dagelijkse commerciële en administratieve taken
  • Op termijn offertes opmaken, prospectie ondersteunen en productselecties beheren
  • Mogelijkheid om mee te gaan naar beurzen en verder te groeien in een commerciële rol
  • Binnenkomende orders verwerken en opvolgen
  • Picking-, werk- en leveringsbonnen aanmaken
  • Facturatie van A tot Z opvolgen
  • Leveringen opvolgen en problemen of tekorten oplossen
  • Klantenvragen en klachten behandelen
  • Klanten telefonisch en via e-mail ondersteunen
  • Technische vragen mee opvolgen
  • Drop shipment-orders verwerken
  • Palletboekhouding opvolgen
  • Transportfacturen controleren
  • Verschillende mailboxen beheren

Wie zoeken we?

  • Een commercieel en klantgericht persoon die initiatief neemt, nauwkeurig werkt en graag verschillende zaken tegelijk aanpakt.
  • Ervaring in sales support, customer service of orderadministratie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Drive, commerciële feeling en een vlotte persoonlijkheid vinden ze belangrijker.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels. Frans en/of Duits is een plus.
