Je geeft richting aan de commerciële groei en vertaalt de strategie naar dagelijkse executie.Je werft, selecteert en begeleidt nieuwe franchisenemers en vestigingen. Je versterkt bestaande ondernemers en geeft leiding aan het commerciële team en Hypotheek Visie Online, ons centrale online advieskantoor. Met data en marktinzichten ontwikkel je samen met de directie de formule, dienstverlening en proposities en ben je senior sparringpartner bij commerciële trajecten. Jij brengt ruime commerciële en leidinggevende ervaring en aantoonbare ervaring met business development en het ontwikkelen van professionals. Je bent ondernemend , initiatiefrijk, verantwoordelijk, hands-on en datagedreven en schakelt als stevige, relationele peoplemanager tussen franchisenemers, medewerkers, directie, leveranciers en externe partners. Jouw werk draagt direct bij aan onze verdere groei én ontwikkeling van onze commerciële strategie. Jij krijgt een unieke kans om aan het roer te staan van jouw persoonlijke groei én de groei van Hypotheek Visie. Jij krijgt een salaris tussen € 6.500 en € 8.000, plus een bonusregeling tot 20% van je jaarsalaris bij behaalde doelstellingen. Je krijgt 26 vakantiedagen en zicht op een vast dienstverband.
