Jobomschrijving

Voor de job als medewerker commerciële binnendienst automotive ben jij de schakel tussen klanten, verkoop en werkplaats. Onderstaande taken behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je ondersteunt klanten en collega’s met technische en commerciële vragen
  • Je maakt offertes op en volgt deze administratief op
  • Je analyseert technische dossiers en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen
  • Je ondersteunt de werkplaats met administratieve en commerciële opvolging
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en volgt leveringen op
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte dossieradministratie
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen processen en service

Dankzij jouw technische ervaring en commerciële ingesteldheid zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen klanten en atelier.
