  • Je staat in voor een vlotte en klantgerichte service aan de balie, per telefoon en via e-mail
  • Je versterkt advies aan de klanten betreffende banden, velgen en aanverwante producten
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van bestellingen, opmaken van de agende en administratieve ondersteuning aan de filiaalleider
  • Je ondersteunt de verantwoordelijk werkplaats en techniekers met een correcte administratie en klantgerichte communicatie
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang, klantvriendelijk met een commerciële feeling
  • Je hebt een dynamische uitstraling en je maakt een goede eerste indruk bij de klanten
  • Je bent flexibel en oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt al wat administratieve ervaring achter de rug
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met een ERP pakket
  • Je werkt zelfstandig in een klein team
  • Je bent stressbestendig
