Wie ben jij Check snel of je jezelf herkent in de onderstaande punten:

- Je hebt minimaal een afgerond diploma (bij voorkeur in commerciële of administratieve richting). - Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands. - Je bent voor 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar. - Je hebt ervaring met een CRM-systeem en MS Office.

Wat ga je doen In deze rol ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen het salesteam. Je adviseert klanten telefonisch en per mail over de beste producten, waardoor je jouw adviserende vaardigheden dagelijks naar een hoger niveau tilt. Daarnaast stel je scherpe offertes op en verwerkt de orders vliegensvlug in het systeem. Klant blij? Jij blij!

- Telefonisch en per mail adviseren van bestaande en nieuwe klanten. - Opstellen, administratief verwerken en opvolgen van commerciële offertes. - Beheren van de klantinformatie en orderverwerking in het CRM-systeem. - Schakelen met de buitendienst om kansen in de markt optimaal te benutten.
