Met jouw combinatie van commercieel inzicht en servicegerichtheid zorg je dat iedere klant de zonnige kijk van onze opdrachtgever ervaart. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten over offertes, orders en leveringen. - Je luistert, denkt mee en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar passende oplossingen. - Je zorgt dat fouten in orders worden gecorrigeerd en/of hersteld. - Je stelt offertes op, verwerkt orders en zorgt dat alle administratie klopt tot in detail. - Je bewaakt deadlines en schakelt actief met collega's over planning en leveringen. - Je bouwt aan duurzame klantrelaties met oprechte aandacht en persoonlijk advies. - Je ziet commerciële kansen en benut ze op een klantgerichte manier. - Je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst, productie en logistiek - SAMEN maken we het waar. - Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en klanttevredenheid.
