Onze klant is een groothandel in auto-onderdelen, werkmateriaal en auto-accessoires en verkoopt aan zowel professionelen/garagisten als particulieren. Daarnaast zijn ze, dankzij hun uitstekende werkplaatsuitrusting en hun ervaren techniekers dé specialist in autoherstellingen en specifieke aanpassingen of montage. Met doordachte investeringen in nieuwe technologieën en apparatuur, en groeikansen voor gedreven medewerkers wil onze klant zich blijven ontwikkelen als expert in de autotechniek van de toekomst. Hun troeven: service, flexibiliteit, expertise en een grote voorraad van onderdelen.

Het bedrijf telt nog twee vestigingen in Oost-Vlaanderen. Leuk om te weten is dat dit bedrijf geleid wordt door broer, zus en schoonzoon. Er heerst dus een familiale KMO sfeer. Het bedrijf heeft een zeer grote anciënniteit, dus weinig verloop in het bedrijf.

Als Commercieel Baliebediende is dit je takenpakket:

  • Onthaal van klanten, hen adviseren in de fysieke winkel en hen de beste service geven.
  • Beantwoorden van service- en productgerichte vragen via telefoon en mail.
  • Bestellingen en orders opmaken en opvolgen, alsook opvolgen van levertermijnen indien het product niet onmiddellijk voorradig is.
