Heb jij een technische achtergrond in ruwbouw of metaal en krijg je energie van klanten verderhelpen? Ben je commercieel ingesteld en werk je graag in een omgeving waar je jouw technische kennis kunt combineren met klantencontact en administratie? Lees dan zeker verder.

Als commercieel medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die langskomen. Dankzij jouw technische kennis weet je snel waar de klant naar op zoek is en help je hem of haar op een correcte en klantgerichte manier verder.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klanten aan de balie adviseren en verderhelpen bij vragen over ruwbouw- en metaalproducten.
  • Luisteren naar de behoeften van de klant en meedenken over de meest geschikte oplossing.
  • Bestelbons en facturen opmaken en administratief verwerken.
  • De collega's van sales ruwbouw en metaal ondersteunen.
  • Prijs- en productinformatie opzoeken en aan klanten bezorgen.
  • Bestellingen opvolgen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Een goede klantenservice bieden en zorgen dat klanten met een tevreden gevoel vertrekken.
  • Een opleiding of ervaring binnen ruwbouw, bouwtechnieken, metaal of een aanverwante technische richting.
  • Een commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Sterke PC-vaardigheden
  • Sterke affiniteit met technische producten en de bouwsector.
  • Een vlotte omgang met klanten en collega's.
  • Je staat open voor zaterdagwerk (+- 1/2 zaterdagen)
