Voor een gevestigde onderneming binnen de technische groothandel zoeken we een Commercieel Bediende in regio Ninove. De organisatie ondersteunt professionele klanten met technisch advies, een breed assortiment en een servicegerichte opvolging.

Als Commercieel Medewerker sta je dicht bij de klant en bij de dagelijkse activiteiten van het filiaal. Telefonisch en digitaal klantencontact wissel je af met orderverwerking en praktische ondersteuning. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat klanten vlot geholpen zijn en afspraken correct opgevolgd blijven.

Deze functie past bij iemand die graag commercieel contact combineert met verantwoordelijkheid en niet uitsluitend vanachter een bureau wil werken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Professionele klanten kunnen bij jou terecht voor advies, vragen over producten en de verdere verwerking van hun bestellingen
  • Zowel telefonisch als via e-mail volg je offertes en orders nauwkeurig op, vanaf de aanvraag tot de uiteindelijke levering of afhaling
  • Als Commercieel Medewerker overleg je met aankoop en andere collega’s om klantvragen correct en vlot af te handelen
  • Ook de praktische filiaalwerking krijgt jouw ondersteuning via stockaanvulling, het klaarzetten van producten en het netjes houden van de werkomgeving
  • Samen met het team houd je de dagelijkse werking op koers en ondersteun je collega’s waar extra hulp nodig is
  • Minstens een eerste ervaring binnen een commerciële functie is vereist, binnen een vergelijkbare technische sector is een grote plus
  • Ervaring met technische producten en relevante productkennis helpen je om professionele klanten inhoudelijk verder te ondersteunen
  • Een goede kennis van zowel Nederlands als Frans is vereist, terwijl Engels mooi meegenomen is
  • Je bent bereid om tweewekelijks op zaterdag te werken en tijdens de zomerperiode om 7u op te starten
