Werk jij graag servicegericht, houd je van afwisseling en help je winkelondernemers graag verder? Op locatie in Nijkerk kun je aan de slag als commercieel binnendienst medewerker voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. In deze rol ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor franchisenemers en winkelteams door het hele land. Als zij vragen hebben over assortimenten, acties of leveringen, staat het team klaar met heldere antwoorden. De werkomgeving bij deze groeiende organisatie is warm en informeel. De collega's zijn behulpzaam en er heerst een fijne groepsdynamiek. Na een inwerktraject op kantoor is er in overleg ruimte om gedeeltelijk vanuit huis te werken. Jouw taken : - Dagelijks beantwoorden van vragen van filiaalmanagers en winkeliers via mail en telefoon; - Helder communiceren van nieuwe verkoopacties, actuele prijzen en productwijzigingen; - Coördineren van oplossingen bij vertraagde leveringen, voorraadverschillen op locatie of retourvragen; - Signaleren van knelpunten in de samenwerking met winkels en meedenken over procesverbeteringen; - Zorgen dat de administratieve verwerking rondom winkelorders soepel verloopt. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een enthousiaste en gestructureerde communicator die graag klaarstaat voor anderen. Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau en hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring opgedaan in een verkoopondersteunende of commerciële rol binnen de detailhandel of groothandel. Je kunt ingewikkelde zaken op een eenvoudige manier uitleggen en blijft rustig als het druk is. Tot slot ben je voor 24 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar en woon je in (de regio van) Nijkerk.
