Ondernemen, commerciële strategie en zelf actieve sales oppakken zijn speerpunten. Geen klassieke management rol, maar juist een rol voor een strategische doener die graag bij klanten zit en de koers bepaalt. Maak het verschil als Commercieel Directeur in Eindhoven In de rol van Commercieel Directeur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor alle activiteiten omtrent commercie, marketing en business development, met als doel het realiseren van de groeiambities van de organisatie. Cleanroom Combination Group onderscheidt zich met een geïntegreerde one-stop-shop propositie, waarbij zij het volledige traject, van advies en ontwerp tot realisatie en onderhoud, uit handen neemt. Als Commercieel Directeur bezoek jij ook zelf (potentiële) klanten om relaties op te bouwen, te onderhouden en nieuwe projecten binnen te halen. Daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en integratie van de buy and build bedrijven en draag je bij aan de uitbouw van de Service & Onderhoudstak. In jouw rol maak je onderdeel uit van een collegiaal directieteam en stuur je de medewerker sales aan. Je rapporteert aan de CEO en samen bepalen jullie de commerciële strategie van de organisatie. Kortom, jij bent succesvol in het: - ontwikkelen en uitrollen van de commerciële strategie, met focus op sales binnen hightech; - aansturen en integreren van de buy and build bedrijven; - opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties en het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten; - monitoren, sturen en bewaken van de commerciële propositie en projecten in samenwerking met de technische afdelingen; - sparren met collega-directeuren en Craft Capital; - vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie tijdens bijeenkomsten, conferenties en seminars.
