TMH zoekt een Commercieel Directeur die teamspirit combineert met resultaatgericht leiderschap voor hun groeiende internationale salesorganisatie in de automotive sector. Jouw rol bij TMH Als Commercieel Directeur geef je leiding aan een team van 5 collega's binnen een organisatie van 11 medewerkers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Het formuleren en realiseren van salesdoelstellingen - Het bewaken van budgetten en behalen van commerciële resultaten - Het coachen van het team op inhoud en gedrag - Het structureren van commerciële processen - Het onderhouden van internationale klant- en partnerrelaties - Het signaleren en benutten van kansen in nieuwe markten

Wat we van je verwachten - Minimaal hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een commerciële of bedrijfskundige achtergrond - Ruime ervaring in sales/management, bij voorkeur B2B - Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, een derde taal is een pre - Natuurlijk leiderschap met focus op verbinding en resultaat - Proactieve houding en hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Bereidheid tot internationaal reizen
