Dan is de rol van intercedent bij Start People in Den Haag jou op het lijf geschreven. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je sales, recruitment en relatiebeheer en ben je dagelijks in contact met zowel kandidaten als MKB-klanten. Als intercedent ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige bemiddelingsproces. Je werft en spreekt kandidaten, voert intakegesprekken en begeleidt hen naar een passende baan. Tegelijkertijd onderhoud je contact met bestaande klanten, bezoek je regelmatig MKB-opdrachtgevers en signaleer je commerciële kansen om de samenwerking verder uit te bouwen. Ook ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en weet je vacatures succesvol in te vullen met de juiste talenten. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag ben je op pad voor klantbezoeken, de andere dag voer je gesprekken met kandidaten of werk je aan het uitbreiden van je netwerk. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor duurzame matches en draag je bij aan de groei van zowel kandidaten als klanten. Kortom: een uitdagende rol waarin je recruitment, sales en relatiebeheer combineert en écht het verschil maakt voor kandidaten en MKB-organisaties in de regio Den Haag.
