Als Commercieel Intercedent(e) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van verbindingen tussen bedrijven en werkzoekenden. Je ontwikkelt relaties met klanten, spot commerciële kansen en zorgt voor de juiste match tussen kandidaten en organisaties. Jouw commerciële instelling en mensenkennis zijn van essentieel belang voor het team.

Elke dag is anders; je voert gesprekken met kandidaten, onderhoudt contact met klanten en gaat regelmatig op bezoek bij bedrijven. Samen met je collega's werk je aan gemeenschappelijke doelen en zorg je voor de juiste plaatsing van kandidaten.
